RAYS Offroad 07X 2324 Limited Edition

This year, we’ve launched the first limited color model of 07X, the 18-inch forged wheel with 2x7 rough mesh design for Prado, Hilux, and Jimny. The new model uses black as its base color, and features diamond-cut machining coated with a clear matte-black finish on the rim's outer side and center circle.
The clear matte-black finish is also applied to the logo machined using our patented technique A.M.T. The finish on these parts reduces the metallic gloss and gives the wheel a subdued taste.
Being an elaborately designed specification not available in the standard 07X, the limited model comes in only three sizes for the selected popular vehicles, Prado, Hilux, and Jimny.

JWL Standard Conformity Mark (JAPAN LIGHT ALLOY WHEEL)
This standard is applicable to light alloy disc wheels for passenger vehicles (excluding vehicles with riding capacity of 11 people or greater, motorcycles, and motorcycles with a sidecar - * a scope for those exceptional cases are to be separately set). As per this standard, tests are conducted on manufacturers own responsibilities and products that have passed the tests are given a JWL seal mark.
JWL-T Standard Conformity Mark (JAPAN LIGHT ALLOY WHEEL TRUCK & BUS)
This standard is applicable to light alloy disc wheels for trucks and busses. As per this standard, tests are conducted on manufacturers own responsibilities and products that have passed the tests are given a JWL-T seal mark (the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism judges whether the subjected products meet the provisions in Article 9 of “Safety Standard for Road Transportation Vehicles” by confirming that they have these certification seal mark).
JWL-T Standard Conformity Mark (JAPAN LIGHT ALLOY WHEEL TRUCK & BUS)
VIA Quality Inspection Approval Mark (VEHICLE INSPECTION ASSOCIATION)
Testing is consigned from Japan Vehicle Inspection Association to Japan Light Alloy Automotive Wheel Testing Council (JWTC Incorporation Foundation) to see the subjected products meet the national standard of JWL or JWL-T. As the national engineering standard requests self-certification, products in the aftermarket are tested at a third party testing public institution. Products whose status of conformity to the standard is confirmed are registered at JWTC and have the VIA certification seal mark.
