gramLIGHTS 57XR-X
Das dritte R-Modell auch für SUVs.
57XR, das dritte Modell der gramLIGHTS 57 R-Serie, wird in verschiedenen Szenen unterstützt, einschließlich der Top-Kategorie Driftrennen.
Für den neuen 57XR-X wurde das wettbewerbsfähige 2×6-Speichendesign des 57XR speziell neu gestaltet, sodass die Räder zu Fahrzeugen passen, die Räder mit großem PCD verwenden, wie etwa Land Cruiser Prado, Hilux und Hiace. Die Merkmale des 57XR sind scharfe Speichen und die optisch größere Optik dank der Speichen, die sich bis zu den Felgenenden erstrecken. Der 57XR-X verfügt ebenfalls über diese Merkmale und für das Felgenbett wurde Speed-Brick-Felge Typ 1 übernommen. Neben einem robusten und wilden Design, das auch bei der großen Karosseriemasse von Fahrzeugen mit Rädern mit großem PCD nicht an Festigkeit verliert, ermöglichte die Beschränkung der Zielfahrzeugtypen die Gestaltung attraktiver Konkavitäten in der größten Größe. Außerdem ist der 57XR-X mit einer Rändelung ausgestattet, die die Verschiebung von Reifen und Rädern in Drehrichtung verringert, was bei aktiver Fahrweise nützlich ist. Das neue Modell verfügt außerdem über viele ansprechende Designdetails, wie beispielsweise stereoskopische Logos an verschiedenen Stellen, die symbolisieren, dass es sich bei den Rädern um das Originalmodell von RAYS handelt.
Ab der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres 2022 werden zwei neue Varianten erhältlich sein: eine große PCD-Hiace-Größe und ein 5-Loch-PCD-Modell mit 100/114,3.

JWL Standard Conformity Mark (JAPAN LIGHT ALLOY WHEEL)
This standard is applicable to light alloy disc wheels for passenger vehicles (excluding vehicles with riding capacity of 11 people or greater, motorcycles, and motorcycles with a sidecar - * a scope for those exceptional cases are to be separately set). As per this standard, tests are conducted on manufacturers own responsibilities and products that have passed the tests are given a JWL seal mark.
JWL-T Standard Conformity Mark (JAPAN LIGHT ALLOY WHEEL TRUCK & BUS)
This standard is applicable to light alloy disc wheels for trucks and busses. As per this standard, tests are conducted on manufacturers own responsibilities and products that have passed the tests are given a JWL-T seal mark (the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism judges whether the subjected products meet the provisions in Article 9 of “Safety Standard for Road Transportation Vehicles” by confirming that they have these certification seal mark).
JWL-T Standard Conformity Mark (JAPAN LIGHT ALLOY WHEEL TRUCK & BUS)
VIA Quality Inspection Approval Mark (VEHICLE INSPECTION ASSOCIATION)
Testing is consigned from Japan Vehicle Inspection Association to Japan Light Alloy Automotive Wheel Testing Council (JWTC Incorporation Foundation) to see the subjected products meet the national standard of JWL or JWL-T. As the national engineering standard requests self-certification, products in the aftermarket are tested at a third party testing public institution. Products whose status of conformity to the standard is confirmed are registered at JWTC and have the VIA certification seal mark.
